Meet The Founders
Chris’s journey is rooted in lived experience and transformation. After overcoming his own battle with addiction through an intensive, faith-based inpatient program in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, he committed his life to growth, service, and helping others find their way out of similar struggles. Guided by faith and determination, Chris went on to earn his Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) certification and began working in outreach for substance abuse treatment programs. His heart for individuals facing addiction, especially those on the streets, is evident in the compassion, connection, and hope he brings to every person he serves.
Rebecca brings years of healthcare leadership and a deep sense of purpose to Anchor Point. With a degree in Healthcare Administration, she has served as an Executive Director across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Home settings. Her true passion lies in supporting individuals experiencing memory loss and cognitive decline. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Rebecca supports individuals living with dementia and cognitive decline, along with their caregivers, by reducing caregiver burden and improving overall quality of life.
After working within larger corporate systems that often prioritize numbers over people, Chris and Rebecca built Anchor Point with a different vision in mind. As a family-owned practice, they are committed to hiring highly skilled therapists, case managers, and peer recovery specialists who are not only qualified but valued. Their focus is on creating a workplace culture anchored in dignity, respect, and support, believing that when staff are genuinely cared for, that same level of compassion naturally extends to clients. At Anchor Point, the goal is for every individual served to feel seen, heard, and truly cared for while receiving high-quality, meaningful support on their path to healing.
